Troubleshooting service and the status of the hinotori are available by the phone.

Network Support
The Medicaroid Intelligent Network System (MINS™, a network support system, acquires the operational status of the hinotori in real time during the procedure and reproduces it on a computer to promptly identify the cause of a problem and instruct troubleshooting when a problem occurs.
Onsite Support
Engineers will be dispatched from our service bases in the Kobe Head Office and in Tokyo that cover all of Japan to resolve problems promptly.
* To use these services, the implementation of a maintenance agreement is required when the hinotori™ Surgical Robot System is installed.
